‘The Dining Room’

The hotels most prestigious space, perfect for larger occasions featuring an open fire place, exposed rustic brick walls, separate music system with ipod connectivity & the option to have the room extended out into our quaint courtyard (seating up to 65). The dining room can seat up to 45 people comfortably or 120 for stand up cocktail party…

‘The Bobbie Rose Room’

Our smaller function room, nestled away at the front of the pub, away from all the hustle & bustle of diners & drinkers; this is a perfect space to entertain a small close group of friends, family or corporate colleagues. Quiet enough to entertain, big enough to create your own special memorable event. The Bobbie Rose Room can seat up to 25 people or 40 cocktail style, it also boasts an open fire place, high ceilings, & separate music system with ipod connectivity. This room is also available for meetings/seminars.

‘The Bistro’

If you’re looking for something small & less private, (10 to 20 pax) there are a few options we can tailor for you within the Carringbush Hotel Bistro. Suits small after work gatherings consisting of drinks & nibbles around our high top bars adjacent to our open fire place or casual groups catching up & perhaps settling in watching a close game of AFL- the options are endless…

‘The Courtyard’

Tucked away at the back of our pub right up alongside the train line, you’ll find our cosy courtyard which is perfect all year round. Whether it’s soaking up the summer sun with friends w cold beers flowing or the roof shut & the heaters on, it’s sure to please everyone. The Courtyard can seat up to 30 or 50 stand-up cocktail style. It can be smoking or non-smoking for your comfort.
